PRIVACY POLICY

AdXcel (collectively "AdXcel" or "we") provides an ad network for advertisers and publishers to access certain proprietary technologies and processes to distribute their advertising campaigns (collectively "Ad Network"). The following Privacy Policy describes the type of information AdXcel collects from consumers through the Ad Network; how that information is secured; how that information is used; and the choices you have regarding the collection and use of such information.

Type of Information Collected and Use of Information.
Personally Identifiable Information

AdXcel does not collect any personally identifiable information about you, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, social security number, credit card information, bank account information and telephone or cell phone number ("PII").

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Through its proprietary technology, AdXcel collects non-personally identifiable information about consumers who access advertising and other content through their systems, their publishers' systems and their advertisers' systems. This includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser type, web page views, application views, date, time and domains. ("Non-PII") We use the following technology to obtain this Non-Personally Identifiable Information:

  1. IP Addresses
Your Internet Protocol ("IP") is a unique Internet "address" which is assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider ("ISP"). For local area networks ("LAN"), and accounts provided by some ISP's, an IP address may be permanently assigned to a particular computer. IP addresses are automatically logged by AdXcel's Web servers, collecting information about a user's traffic patterns. While the IP address does not identify an individual by name, it may, with the cooperation of the ISP, be used to locate and identify an individual using the Web. Your IP address can, however, reveal what geographic area you are connecting from, or which ISP you are using.

  2. Computer Profiles
AdXcel may also collect and accumulate other anonymous data which will help us understand and analyze the Internet experience of consumers. For instance, AdXcel may accumulate visitor data relating to referring domain or app names and category, the type of browsers used, operating system software, screen resolutions, color capabilities, browser plug-ins, language settings and JavaScript enablement.

  3. Web Beacons
A web beacon is a programming code that can be used to display an image on a web page, but can also be used to transfer your unique, anonymous user identification to a database and associate you with previously acquired information about an individual in a database. They are also known as "clear gifs", "one-pixel gifs", "web bugs", "Internet tags", or "pixel tags." This allows AdXcel to track certain websites you visit or applications you use. Web beacons are used to track online behavioral habits for marketing purposes to determine products or services you may be interested in.

How Information is Shared
Disclosure of Non-Personally Identifiable Information to Business Partners

With respect to data collected via our Ad Network, including user behavior data, we may combine the Non-PII we collect with Non-PII obtained from other sources. We may also disclose this Non-PII and combined information to participating Advertisers, Publishers and other business partners to improve the relevance and effectiveness of the advertising presented to consumers. For example, we use data collected via our Ad Network to create anonymous consumer segments. These segments will be used to target and optimize Advertiser campaigns.

AdXcel will use or disclose your Non-PII in response to subpoenas, court orders, warrants, or legal process, or to otherwise establish or exercise AdXcel's legal rights or defend against legal claims or in the event of a breach in an agreement with AdXcel. Finally, AdXcel will use or disclose Non-PII if it believes it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person.

Merger or Sale of AdXcel

If AdXcel sells, merges or otherwise reorganizes its business, it reserves the right to transfer and disclose Non-PII to the purchaser or investors.

AdXcel cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose Non-PII to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if, in our discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate in order to respond to legal requests (including court orders and subpoenas), to protect the safety, property or rights of AdXcel or of any third party, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
