Artsai does not collect any personally identifiable information about you, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, social security number, credit card information, bank account information and telephone or cell phone number ("PII").
Through its proprietary technology, Artsai collects non-personally identifiable information about consumers who access advertising and other content through their systems, their publishers' systems and their advertisers' systems. This includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser type, web page views, application views, date, time and domains. ("Non-PII") We use the following technology to obtain this Non-Personally Identifiable Information:
Your Internet Protocol ("IP") is a unique Internet "address" which is assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider ("ISP"). For local area networks ("LAN"), and accounts provided by some ISP's, an IP address may be permanently assigned to a particular computer. IP addresses are automatically logged by Artsai's Web servers, collecting information about a user's traffic patterns. While the IP address does not identify an individual by name, it may, with the cooperation of the ISP, be used to locate and identify an individual using the Web. Your IP address can, however, reveal what geographic area you are connecting from, or which ISP you are using.
A web beacon is a programming code that can be used to display an image on a web page, but can also be used to transfer your unique, anonymous user identification to a database and associate you with previously acquired information about an individual in a database. They are also known as "clear gifs", "one-pixel gifs", "web bugs", "Internet tags", or "pixel tags." This allows Artsai to track certain websites you visit or applications you use. Web beacons are used to track online behavioral habits for marketing purposes to determine products or services you may be interested in.
With respect to data collected via our Ad Network, including user behavior data, we may combine the Non-PII we collect with Non-PII obtained from other sources. We may also disclose this Non-PII and combined information to participating Advertisers, Publishers and other business partners to improve the relevance and effectiveness of the advertising presented to consumers. For example, we use data collected via our Ad Network to create anonymous consumer segments. These segments will be used to target and optimize Advertiser campaigns.
Artsai will use or disclose your Non-PII in response to subpoenas, court orders, warrants, or legal process, or to otherwise establish or exercise Artsai's legal rights or defend against legal claims or in the event of a breach in an agreement with Artsai. Artsai will use and disclose your Non-PII if Artsai believes that a user of this Site or Business Client will harm the property or rights of Artsai, its owners, or Artsai's other customers. Finally, Artsai will use or disclose Non-PII if it believes it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person.
If Artsai sells, merges or otherwise reorganizes its business, it reserves the right to transfer and disclose Non-PII to the purchaser or investors.
Artsai cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose Non-PII to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if, in our discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate in order to respond to legal requests (including court orders and subpoenas), to protect the safety, property or rights of Artsai or of any third party, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
We do not collect and therefore do not store consumer PII. Artsai uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all Non-PII. Access to information is strictly limited, and not accessible to the public. However, please be advised that, although Artsai takes reasonable technological precautions to protect your data, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, Artsai cannot and does not warrant that your information will be absolutely secure.
Because it does not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13, Artsai has no such information about children under the age of 13 to use or to disclose to third parties.

PII is any information that can be used to identify or locate a particular person or entity. This includes, but is not limited to: name, address, telephone number, mobile number and/or email address. For example, you may choose to send us PII about yourself in an email or by completing an online form on our Website. Once collected, we may store your PII for a reasonable period of time for record keeping purposes. The information that we store is sometimes deleted as space requires or in the normal course of business.
Artsai may always use and share with others your personal information:
Artsai may also use personal information for any marketing and survey purpose on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries. We may disclose personal information to third party agents and independent contractors that help us conduct our marketing and survey efforts. Further, we may disclose personal information to other companies in connection with marketing efforts including but not limited to direct marketing, which may have no relationship to Artsai. We collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information ("Non-PII") from Website visitors. Non-PII is information that cannot by itself be used to identify a particular person or entity, and may include your IP host address, pages viewed, browser type, Internet browsing and usage habits, Internet Service Provider, domain name, the time/date of your visit to our Website, the referring URL and/or your computer's operating system.
We automatically track certain information based upon your behavior on the Sites. We may use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Sites or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Sites or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address. Your Internet Protocol ("IP") is a unique Internet "address" which is assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider ("ISP"). For local area network ("LAN"), DSL, or cable modem users, an IP address may be permanently assigned to a particular computer. IP addresses are automatically logged by Web servers, collecting information about a user's traffic patterns. While the IP address does not identify an individual by name, it may, with the cooperation of the ISP, be used to locate and identify an individual using the Web. Your IP address can, however, reveal what geographic area you are connecting from, or which ISP you are using. Finally, other websites you visit have IP addresses, and we may collect the IP addresses of those websites and their pages.
This Website is not intended for visitors that are under eighteen (18) years of age. Artsai does not knowingly solicit or collect information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18). If we determine that we have inadvertently collected PII from someone under eighteen (18) years of age, we will take reasonable steps to purge this information from our database. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the Internet activities of their children.
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Artsai or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using the Sites, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
We employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. However, perfect security does not exist on the Internet.
